Resolve the ComplianceRoleManager clone bound to an airdrop instance, by
asking the factory. This is the entry point for every other compliance
hook: they are all scoped to the CLONE address, not the instance address.
Also a provenance check. The factory records this mapping only for instances it deployed, so a zero address means the instance did not come from this factory - do not mount the compliance hooks on it.
Caching follows the same write-once policy as useTokenOf.
