Description

Whether claiming is currently halted (PausableUpgradeable.paused()).

Distinct from useAirdropWindow's isActive: this is the pause flag alone, independent of the claim-window timestamps. Use isActive for "can a claim succeed right now" and this hook for "did an admin explicitly pause".
