Deploy Aria's vesting manager
Before any vesting can be created, Aria needs a manager — a per-user clone deployed by the confidential vesting factory. The clone is owned by her wallet and holds the encrypted balances and ACL state for everything she'll vest from here on.
One SDK call. The factory deploys via LibClone with deterministic CREATE2; the returned clone address is final the moment the tx mines.
