Deploy a manager
The 2.0 factory resolves from the published deployment registry. Sepolia has a canonical factory; mainnet is deliberately null for this release candidate.
createManager waits for the receipt and parses ManagerCreated, so the next chapter receives an authoritative clone address. Every 2.0 write estimates gas with headroom unless you pass gas explicitly. Roles use holder language throughout the rc.1 hooks: a holder owns a role; an account is granted or revoked as a holder.
