Register Aria's disperse account
The confidential disperse contract is a singleton — one deployment per chain. Aria registers herself once, which deploys her two ERC-1167 subwallet clones inside the singleton; those wallets hold the funds the singleton later pulls from when she dispenses.
She never needs a per-batch contract deployment. Every future disperse is one tx against the same singleton — cheap to send, cheap to operate.
