Register the wallet pair

The Sepolia singleton comes from DEPLOYED_ADDRESSES. Registration deploys two deterministic subwallets. It is one-time state, so the runner reads getWallets and safely reuses an existing pair instead of sending a transaction that would revert. Token-specific subwallet approval is checked separately before the batch runs.
